Dr. Saporito and all the staff at Lakeside Animal Hospital, my little min pin "Roo" needed surgery on her rear legs. I know it was traumatic for her, but it was also very upsetting for me. As usual, we were treated with kindness and respect. After the surgery, I received follow-up calls every day for about 10 days. my own doctor wouldn't have done this. I knew that I could call if there were any problems and would be able to come into the office right away. This was not necessary. Everything went very smoothly. The most amazing part was the follow-up, I thought that "Roo" would be reluctant to go back into the office again. Not so. When we get out of the car, she can't wait to get inside. Dr. Fernandez, thanks for making my life easy when it comes to bringing Luke in to the see you! Although, I think he may have a crush! I am convinced it's a crush . . . or those treats are doggone divine! But how could any four-legged creature resist? In all seriousness, thanks for providing Luke and me the finest. most complete pet care available . . . with a lot of love. I have seen a lot of vets in the past and your genuine love and care is truly rare.

Dr. Fernandez has taken exemplary care of our family's pets for several years, and we have been extremely pleased with the caliber of care we have been provided. We always feel questions are welcome, and Dr. Fernandez spends whatever time is required to provide answers, whether we are in the office or just speaking on the telephone. Somehow Dr. Fernandez manages to remember our pets' strengths and weaknesses among all of her other patients. When one of our pets is ill, Dr. Fernandez makes every effort to calm our fears while treating our pet in a gentle loving manner.
